A. General
1. At what time can we check into our room?
Customers are expected to arrive at 2:00PM. Depending on availability, we may be able to offer you an early check in for a small service fee.

2. Can I keep my room after the standard checkout time?
Our standard checkout time is 12:00PM If you leave your room after this time, you may incur additional fees or charges.

3. Is there a breakfast included in our stay? If so, at what time is it served?
Unless specified in its project’s description, we do not provide breakfast service. But our suggestion? Try local vendors/restaurants near your place! The Restaurant's recommendation is available on the property description. Make sure to check that out!

4. What are your business hours?
Our Customer Service business hours are: 
Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 7:00PM (Subject to Change)
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00AM - 6:00PM (Subject to Change)

5. Can I smoke in the accommodation?
As we’d love to offer our guests a healthy environment, guests are NOT allowed to smoke inside the accommodation and public areas.

6. What is included in our rooms?
Our rooms include a vast array of utilities to make your stay enjoyable. Amenities details are available on each property description.

B. Booking
1. How do I book accommodation?
After finding a suitable room, you can make a reservation via our WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, and also Airbnb. 
After your booking has been completed, Kaystay will confirm your booking via email and/ or WhatsApp.

2. How many rooms can I book at once?
You can book as many rooms as are available for a selected period.

3. How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking by sending us a message via WhatsApp, email, or phone call. Please note that with bookings made prepaid by bank transfer, refund will NOT be available. For more details, please see our Cancellation Policy.

4. Do the payment and cancellation conditions for group reservations or long-term stays differ?
Yes, they do, however, you will be informed about all the conditions of your booking before you commit to making a fixed booking.

C. Living
1. Are pets allowed?
Some of our properties allow pets. Please read through our property descriptions to see if pets are permitted at your chosen property.

2. Do you have a cleaning service?
We provide room cleaning services across our properties.
