In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/ identity card /driving license, or any other form of ID. 
Our check in/ checkout policy:

• Check in time is at 02:00PM.
• Checkout time is at 12:00PM.
• Early check in is subject to room availability.
• Late checkout can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of Kaystay.

Service fees incurred during your stay shall be made upon your check out.
Children under 2 years of age can stay free of charge.
