1. Standard Booking Cancellation
For individual bookings of less than 5 rooms, and bookings not considered a group, the following cancellation policy applies:

• If canceled up to 48 hours before arrival no fee will be charged.
• If canceled less than 48 hours before arrival, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
• If you are a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

2. Prepaid  Booking Cancellation
If your booking payment was made in advance, it will not be possible to cancel or change your booking free of charge.

3. Refund Policy
On cancellation of a refundable booking, the refund processing will take time between 02 (two) - 04 (four) weeks to show the refund back on your credit card statement.

Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as Kaystay's cancellation policy, time of cancellation, and processing fees, etc. For more details refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above. In case the reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount if any that was held on it immediately. After we do this, it will still take 02 (two) - 04 (four) weeks for the bank to process the refund and to show the refunded amount on your credit card

4. Change
Modifications such as the arrival or departure dates, number of guests, room type, etc. for a confirmed booking may result in a rate change. To learn more on what rate change will be applied to your booking, contact us at booking@kaystay.com.
